The Honest Company's History
Actress Jessica Alba and child health advocate Christopher Gavigan grew frustrated when trying to find their babies healthy products and decided it was time to start a new company dedicated to providing safer (and eco-friendly) diapers, soap and other hygiene products for babies. In less than five years, The Honest Co. has earned a valuation as a near-$1 billion business. It now has over 90 products, but its diapers remain its best-seller.
