West Elm's Values
The store and the employees working for the company thrive on a three point mission - offering choice to the customer and equipping him with all possible products for his dream home, building a 'community' with collaboration with all stakeholders from employees to dealers to customers to associates through various events and activities. They believe and practice honesty in all dealings with a spirit of 'consciousness'.
What makes West Elm's unique?
Their endeavor to promote handicrafts is quite commendable. In the age of quick and durable machine made products, this company has a soft corner for the handcrafted items which require more labour and skill thereby creating opportunities for these kind of artists also.
