I don't understand. Point deduction

@Meanmommy

@toriadavid But still, do you not see where this is not a case of abuse? This is RIDICULOUS. She deserves those points back. A HEFTY penalty, for following your guidelines? I won't sit by and let someone else be bullied. I have also sent a message to the founder of Dealspotr. This is abuse of members and bullying, and Kaye has done nothing wrong. Her points need to be returned to her. The punishment does not fit the "crime" here, as no abuse of policies/procedures has taken place.

@toriadavid A PENALTY? A penalty is 5 points, 10 points... but 4,500 points? For something that occured over 10 DAYS? And over that 10 days.. 2,000 points was earned.. on those 200 point checklists. AND YOU CALL THAT ABUSE??? Abuse would be 10 confirmations in a single day. 10 posts posted to the same store in a single day. NOT 10 confirmations over the course of a WEEK or more. Can you seriously NOT see how obsurd this is?

@toriadavid My question to you is, are you in the habit of punishing someone for following a system set up to have certain tasks completed in order to obtain points? These 10 deals "in a row", did you take into consideration that those deals were over the course of 7-10 days? It's not like she did 10 confirmations in a single day. Let's be real... this is abuse of power to seriously punish someone for this, when there are SOO many bigger fish to fry. That's less than 2 PER DAY that she confirmed. The people that are posting deals here for you; for Dealspotr, are not mind readers. Telling them, AFTER the fact, that they should focus on something else.. is NOT fair business practice.

Seriously, Dealspotr needs to rethink it's practices where high value points are deducted for something that even from OUTSIDE looks mundane.
