Could someone tell me what this message means? just arrived.

Yorgelis Jhin I understand the delay with the payment of the cards, and I know that they are sending those of 2/12 .. But in my case they returned the points of the $ 10 card that I ordered between February 15-17 .. I LOST MY TIME WAITING 3 WEEKS. I HAD TO REQUEST THE CARD AGAIN TODAY.
