Is that due to the dates that I put on expiration? I placed date of 5 to 7 days when I did not have expiration date now I know that in that case I should put 2 weeks in those cases but that was the case?

Dealspotr Support Hello Dealspotr I would like to know something, I am new to this community and I have been learning and working on my mistakes to improve, but yesterday I was removed 3000 points and 2 weeks ago I requested my first payment and yesterday I received a notification with said discount and canceled the application of the card, now I had to re-apply and I have to wait 2 more weeks for the payment ... I do not complain that they took my 3000 points but because they rejected my request for the gif card if I had enough points for the card.
