Michael Quoc Charcoal all the way. Makes a huge difference in flavor. It is a bit more work and cleaning, but for me, if I'm going to grill I have to use charcoal.
induMara Totally agree with You. Is a big difference in the flavor and the finish of almost all the food, of course not ALL the food can be done in grill, but the most will have an exquisite taste.
