Urban Outfitters’ new app, Urban On launched for iOS in September, and it enhances your Urban Outfitters’ shopping experience with a badge and reward program. Earn badges and rewards when you mention the brand on your Twitter or Instagram account, or respond to in-app promotions, and earn perks such as early access to merchandise and concert tickets. Since the app is so new, there are a lot of advantages to using it now. Users who order items through the app get free shipping (ordering over the web doesn’t net you free shipping unless you spend over $50).
Work The Sales Sections For The Best Deals
Whether you are online or in a physical retail store, our advice is the same: head directly to the sale section. In the physical store, the sale section is always a nook in the back or the basement of the store. It is a treasure trove of discounted items, from clothing to books to decor, sometimes by as much as 75%. Be warned, though: this section is picked over a lot, and many times items may be damaged or worn. When you shop the online sale section, you can buy items that are only available online, and you can narrow your search by gender, category, and brand.
Get A One-Time Price Adjustment
If an item you bought within fourteen days of the purchase goes on sale, then you can contact Urban Outfitters and ask for a price adjustment. You will then be refunded the difference once your purchase has been verified. The price adjustment policy only applies to the website and not to individual stores.
Get Free Shipping & Returns
There are two ways to get free shipping. If you order online, you have to spend at least $49 to get free shipping. Orders $49 and under have a flat rate shipping fee of $10. If you order via the Urban On app, you get free shipping on all of your orders.
If you are not satisfied with your web order, you can return or exchange your item for free within thirty days of the shipping date. You can return the item in-store, or print out a pre-paid shipping label, and mail it back to Urban Outfitters.
