Beware Of Upsells & Early Termination Fees
Just Cloud and other companies owned by JDI Backup generate the same type of complaints: a lot of upsells, and non-transparent pricing. The fact that pricing for their storage solutions is so low also obscures the fact that their performance and speed is not up to par with their competitors; if you want faster service, and better features, you'll have to pay to upgrade.
Another thing to note is that Just Cloud charges an early termination fee of $14.95 if you stop your service within your contract term. You may be able to recover some of your money if you contact Just Cloud directly and ask for clarification.
