Macy’s does not offer high-quality customer service and many customers have complaints about their experiences at the store. According to Macy’s website, its return policies for online purchases are:

  • In-Store“Bring your invoice and the item(s) to be returned to a Macy's store for a refund which will be given in the original form of payment. If you do not have your invoice, you may print your order confirmation email or click here to print order details and present to a store associate for a refund.”
  • Mail: Macy’s offers an Easy Returns method that allows you to get your mailing label and confirmation page online. To use Easy Returns, follow this process: 1. Print the confirmation page and mailing labels. 2. Pack items with the confirmation page and attach the mailing label to the package. 3. Ship your package from any UPS location.
  • Return Pickup: Customers in Chicago, Los Angeles, and San Francisco can arrange for a home pickup for their returns for a fee of $6.95.

It offers free standard shipping for all orders shipped within the U.S. Two business day shipping is $15, next business day shipping is $25, and Saturday delivery is $35. Return Policies

Nordstrom does not have a return policy and deals with returns on a case-by-case basis. As stated on its website,
