If you’re outgrowing a simple mailing list for your organization, Constant Contact can help you take charge of your marketing plans, with email marketing, event management, social campaigns, and local deal creation tools. What you don’t know is exactly how much bang you can get for your buck - luckily, we did all the deep digging for you.

Children-Focused NonProfits: Apply For A Free Sponsored Constant Contact Accoun

ConstantContact has a sponsorship program called Cares4Kids for organizations that are 100% children focused and work directly for kids. Organizations that are eligible must have non-profit status in the US, or the equivalent documentation of a United States 501(c)(3) tax exemption certificate if in a foreign country. Organizations that are not eligible include schools, PTAs, church organizations, fraternities or sororities. You must apply in order to be considered for the sponsorship.

Consider the following when applying for a free sponsored Cares4Kids account:

  • You need an organization who has a paid Constant Contact account to sponsor you.

  • You are limited to a mailing list of 10,000 email addresses. Once you’ve gone over that number, you will have to start paying for difference for the the tier for 10,000-25,000 contacts at a rate of $75.

  • Once you’re in the paying tier, you’ll be eligible for the nonprofit discount.

  • Your account will remain free as long as your sponsor’s account is in good standing. If the sponsor terminates their account with Constant Contact, your free account will be frozen until another sponsor is found, or if you switch to a non-profit account.

Registered NonProfits Get 30% Off List Prices With Pre-Paid Accounts

If you are a registered nonprofit, and can provide documentation of your nonprofit 501 (c) (3) status to Constant Contact, you can get up to 30% off with pre-paid accounts. If you pre-pay for a membership for six months, you’ll get 20% off your order. If you pre-pay for one year, you’ll save 30%.

Small Business Owners Can Save Up To 25% Off With Pre-Paid Accounts

If you’re a small business owner, you can take advantage of that with the SBDC promotion, which provides new users with up to 25% off for a year when you pre-pay. If you’re already a paying customer who didn’t know about this discount, you can email your Constant Contact username to sbdc@constantcontact.com, and get your account updated with the applied discount.
