It has to be admitted: the Tampa Bay Buccaneers had a pretty miserable season last year, as they missed the playoffs, and had a terrible defensive line where they almost set a record for most yards passed last season.
This year's going to be different, though. Management bulked up their defensive line by acquiring Darrelle Revis, Dashon Goldson and rookie Johnthan Banks. Banks, especially with his college Jim Thorpe award for being the best secondary defender, should be able to translate that success into the NFL games. The newbies have been getting solid leadership from cornerback Darrelle Revis and safety Dashon Goldson, who have been noted for their great work ethic and passion.
